Love the merchandising here, and the always new stock. HUGE selection of white and grey accent pillows there right now. Also really nice selection of pain ted terra cotta flower pots.

It is very organized and clean staff are helpful. But this place specially the curtain section won't renewed you will find the same curtains hanging month to month for a long time. I have seen other marshall and homeSense with a variety of products and high turnovers or frequent updates.

Beautiful home decor with amazing staff

This is an incredibly big store with tons of things to buy. The items are sought after that you have to get there right away or they will be cleaned out of stock in your size. That's unfortunate but it goes with the territory. A well organized store. Wait times aren't long.

I had an extremely poor customer service experience with a manager called Layali bt5a the item I was inquiring about was extremely damaged and she initially refused to give me a discount despite all the damages and she claimed the They already sell the items at a lower rate than what they should be and she tried to convince me that they’re price reflects the damages I can’t explain to her that this is incorrect as the tag is a white tag and not a red tag which is reduced due to damages. She then realize that she cannot Bs. I have asked her if she could please bring the item to the front as it was a heavy item and she asked me “are you going to pay for it? “ excuse me?! she also said that it is company policy that she cannot hold anything, I literally asked her to just move it to the front and she was giving me a very hard time. She was also very loud and disrespectful in her tone. I will be filing a formal complaint to head office.

A very good place to find many good stuff like clothes and home decors and other things.

Decent stock turnover. I don't find something every time I go, but often I find useful stuff. Like the well priced wool winter Tilley hat I got today.
