Me and my fiancé were in your store tonight.. first off we weren’t greeted in any manner at all and the first thing ur employee had to say was the fact that the store was closing in 20mins! We were treated as if we didn’t have enough money to purchase our items for no reason and she knew absolutely NOTHING about any products we asked about! We absolutely did not feel welcome in your store and we will be finding another place to shop!!

Probably the biggest selection I have ever seen and what a 'huge unit' they have for a store..ha! Prices are anfairnbitnon the high side in my opinion though. Hard to compete with online sales

Fantastic selection! I was so happy to see a range of lingerie sizes for all bodies, and it seemed like a fairly inclusive shop for folks of all sexualities/gender identities from what I could tell.

Not bad but the hours are a bit silly. Open at 10am? Is there a big rush on toys at that time of day? Prefer to see maybe 1pm to 1am, or 12 to 12 even. You're missing sales closing so early!

Bought a jack rabbit vibrator in this store the battery pack there was a pieice missing and they told me they don't do warranty on there products and they could get in trouble for me bringing it back to them even though it was never used and basically I'm sol on the missing piece the hold s the battery down like a strong or something that goes from the lid to the battery pack would never buy anything else from them as it was priced at 119 and change and my account was debited 162.00if you want quality products go see zoanne t love stuff lingerie in Langley BC down town in the save on foods plaza
