This was easily the worst experience I've ever had at a financial institution. I tried to set up a chequing account and was accused of having an attitude" and "being on [my] phone" when searching for a document she requested. I've had bank accounts with most major banks as well as brokerage accounts etc. and I've never been treated anywhere near this poorly by TD

Worst branch, worst banking institution. Closing account. Moving to ATB.If you are looking for a smaller financial institution I would highly suggest you do also. No personal service. High staff turnover. I have been banking with this institution for over 20 years but this is not the same Credit Union I became a member of. Whatever you do, do not open a business account here.

Customer service over the phone is very poor. Always sounding sarcastic. Is this the way customer should be treated? I wish all conversations were recorded.

Ridiculous service over the past few days.I have to pay $50 fee to organize a wire transfer. Which has to be done in branch. Branch hours are 9.30-5 which is impractical and unworkable.Go on the one day they are open till 6, to be able to do the paperwork but not the transfer.Complete paperwork via email next day.Have to phone for confirmation as I get nothingvia email as promised.Only to get called back to say they've sent the wrong currency and now the transfer won't be done until Monday. Clowns

Very unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I paid off our car loan on May 20th and was told the Lien" release letter will be issued in 10 business days. I informed the Manager/Teller that I am selling my vehicle and it is imperative that I receive this letter as per their process. I was assured that would be the case. By June 3rd no such letter was received. I followed up and asked them to escalate as I had a buyer ready to purchase my vehicle. No response on June 3rd so I followed up again on June 4th. I was finally issued the letter on June 4th
