Went for my birthday drink the other day, though it was late after work, around 8pm. I ordered a grande mocha crumble frap and Katie, the barista 1. offered to make it a venti since it was a birthday drink and 2. asked if I wanted the coffee or cream base, and when I hesitated, she said I only ask because it's about 8pm so I wanted to check if you wanted caffeine at this hour". I thought that was super thoughtful of her. I ended up going for the cream based one but it was great service from Katie and Maple

I drive here pre order a cold brew just after 4pm on a Friday, wait 15 minutes and hear that the cold brew is out. I asked the barista if they were making more he said yes. Then five mins later I ask again they say no we will make you something else. I just wasted 30 minutes to get nothing. I waited in line again to get a refund. Is it life or death? No but it’s one job is to provide customers with the products they order on the app. Expect nothing these days it’s not even the first time. Forget going here it’s always a problem. Last time the espresso machine was broken. No free coupons for my time either. Thanks a lot

Made an order a couple minutes ago online and went to pick it up from the drive thru. On the window the person asked for the name and went I said it she asked me to spell, when I told her she rolled her eyes at me and left. Came back and just did the annoyed smile at me and handed it over. I now got my coffee and am driving away I go to pick it up to drink it and the cup is half full (I ordered an on menu drink not espresso’s) as well as cold (was supposed to be warm coffee). First and last time coming to this location, horrible experience

Wasn't greeted when I entered even though they saw me walk in. Someone else walked in and was greeted. Most starbucks I've been to are always friendlier.

Pretty annoyed about my experience this morning , the manager was in line ahead of me , took zero consideration in the fact that i didn’t have much time and continued joking around with his staff for about 10 mins , once I finally was able to order they gave away my wrap to the drive through . With only one person ahead of me in line (being the manager) i had to wait 15 mins for my order . I didn’t even get a drink . Shameful.

Do not order from this place from Uber Eats app. I've ordered through the Uber Eats app 3 times, and all 3 times Starbucks did not complete my order. I was MISSING items! Thats alot of money taken from customers and not getting a complete order! HOW DISAPPOINTING!

Whatever you do don't walk in and order here. I waited 20 minutes for two drinks because they prioritize drivethru and mobile orders. Unreal.

Friendliest Starbucks staff at this location and great service. Especially Sam who went out of his way today to make it a fun and memorable outing for my two young children. Thank you!
