It used to be my favourite drink before today! Two drinks I got were so watering…they tasted like artificial water drink. They did not taste like any real fruit…the toppings were so little too. And waiting time was over thirty mins. Not sure if just this store or all shuyi quality has gone down.

This location should train their staff properly in how to take orders, make orders and in general communication with customers. The wait is way too long, 30mins for an order is insane.Staff don’t know how to add points or redeem points so I lost my benefit. The drink I wanted to order, that male staff said it’s sold out. After that other customer who can speak Chinese ordered same thing and that staff took that drink for their orders.How could they let staff work like that? It’s a huge disappointment when come to this location. It’s not the first time I had that feeling when I come here. I don’t recommend!

I bought here many times because the taste is great as well as the decoration of the milk tea cup, the interior design of the store is cute. The last time I bought it was 4 months ago. Currently it is closed. I look forward to it opening so I can redeem it.

Went there for the first time today. Shout-out to the guy at the counter who was chill and made my drink pretty fast in like 2 minutes. I got the Signature Bubble Tea and it was good so I’ll be back soon!

Nice spot with polite attendants who speak English well. Quality is about on par with other Shuyi (i.e. pretty good) and the place itself is super pleasant with a nice mahjong table too!Parking is an absolute mess and getting here is only advisable on foot or transit. The car traffic in front of the store is very inconvenient.

I really like this place. 3rd time back, the tea was very delicious. Always greeted with a smile, staff always helpful, place is nice, clean, indoor and outdoor seating area.

We ordered six drinks and got one drink wrong, I’m not sure how they could’ve gotten it wrong because we said it very clearly. When we got our drink and told them that they got it wrong, we said taro mochi latte but we got caramel bubble tea instead. They didn’t apologize or anything or assisted to make another one, instead they said “oh maybe you should’ve checked the screen first before you pay”. Isn’t it their responsibility to check with us with what we ordered? I worked at a bubble tea place before as well, and I know it’s my responsibility to offer to remake the drink or make another one if I got customers order wrong. Honestly, they should do better at training their staff. Also, their drinks are on the pricey side.

Got the Brown Sugar High Aroma Tea. Room temperature at best. Staff said that because it's some special tea it can't be too hot. Based on the reviews nothing here is ever hot. It was very obvious on my first sip that I didn't enjoy it and the employees didn't even offer a replacement. They had time too because I was sitting doing homework for a few hours. They don't care about pleasing the customer.Won't be coming back. Should have stuck to Cuppa Tea.Thursday 2nd March 2023.
