Words can’t express how terrible the customer service is at this location.As I walked into the store I saw 4 employees right by the register. They all saw me walk in and see me searching for dog food. Zero acknowledgment waking in, did not ask if I needed any help as I walked aimlessness through the aisles looking for specific dog food, they just kept their chatter to each other. Once I finally found the food, I went to the till to ask for the manager. I was told they are on vacation so I could not express my disappointment.This location is locally owned and I live near by so I like to support local. I can now say I will never shop here again. This is the second time this has happened. 4 employees standing side by side, chatting to each other and getting paid by the owner to not help customers.I suggest some new training if your staff wish to work in retail.

Absolutely love Bosley’s in Northwoods!! They treat my dog Hex so special and are so kind to him!! All the staff is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! The manager there (Gail) is exceptional, she goes out her way to always ensure both people and their pets have a great experience at her store. Another employee that really stands out is Danny, he always had a minute to feed a treat to Hex or just take a moment to say hi!! A testament to their quality service and genuine love they have for animals shows every time we’re there. When I take my dog for a walk and we go past their store, he literally sits outside their door and looks in the window to see if he can see anyone who will let him In!! It’s quite hilarious actually!! I would never shop anywhere else for any of my pets needs. The store is impressive and the employees are amazing!! Thank you so very much!!

New to the area, went in tonight with both of my dogs to look for some new treats. The girl behind the counter didnt acknowledge them at all. Didn't ask if I needed any help, offer suggestions or say anything at all to us.She stayed behind the till writing in a book, I thought. Until I got to the front to pay and realized she was just working on a drawing or sketch of some sort. Definitely not work related, and ignored us the whole time we were in there.I've never gone into a pet store with my two dogs and have the staff not pay any attention to them, offer them a treat, or offer to help me find anything. I wandered around practically the entire store and she never said one word to us.Very odd and unwelcoming.

The only female staff manning the store did not bother to return our greeting at all and was totally indifferent throughout our presence even though there was no other customers. She did not seem to be interested in her job nor show the knowledge to answer any of my inquiries. There was completely no customer service. That experience was in stark contrast with another Bosley's store that I had visited.If Bosley's were to expand its store network successfully, please pay attention to its staffing policies. Delegating a shop solely to such a person would only ruin customer loyalty if not its business.

This Bosley's location is a great store stocked with the best brands to meet your pet care needs. We stop in at least once a month to stock up on food and supplies for our ferrets, cats and dogs. They carry Origen cat and dog food, plus Primal frozen for our ferrets. You can order ahead and pick up and they also offer delivery. Their prices are fair and the staff are friendly. One of our favorite perks is their $10 dog bath. It's the best value and they even let you use their towels and shampoo, plus a few treats form your buddy.

Been in twice and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. I washed my dog last night at the dog wash it is very nice my only suggestion would be if they had a ramp to get the dog in. My dog is 70 pounds and has had leg surgery so cant climb the stairs so I had to lift him and with being five foot it was a little challenging. Other than that it was good.

Passed by and went to the dog wash after hiking. Very clean and not busy which is good. -1 star: The pressure for the water + dryer could be stronger though.

The young employee named Lauren is so mean and rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Definitely she hates working there and hates animals. Store closes at 6 and she kept warning& pushing me and kicked me out at 5:07 leaving my dog all wet in a cold winter evening. I just started washing my dog like 10-15 mins ago. She told me she can close the dog wash place any time as she wanted and invited me to make a complaint against her. She acted she gave me a big favour to allow me for the extra 5 mins to finish washing. If this is the case, why did you let me in in the first place? It’s impossible to finish washing a big dog in 15 mins. You wanna earn the money but don’t want offer service. That’s ridiculous. This isn’t the first time I had terrible encounter with her. Everytime I see her she is not happy. No smiling face at all. She probably didn’t remember she also showed her long face to my friend and her dog two months ago. Worst worst worst experience at Bosley
