TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Worst experience ever! It took two months to receive my visa and they sent me the wrong one. I booked an appointment online for the application and I met up with Georgia Gyftopoulos. She made several mistakes on the application which she never took responsibility for. I left her several voicemails and she never called me back. I probably called customer service 20 times for help. The worst part of all this is after waiting almost two months for my credit card, they sent me the wrong one!! Worst customer service I wouldn't recommend this branch. Zero stars if I could

Just opened my chequing account with TD although it was only my first experience with them Constantina was awesome! And I'm at ease with the future. Will update this as time goes on with this Branch.

Fantastic service from Francesco Alberga. After looking at Matteo’s comments, I was convinced! Would recommend indeed.

Had no choice to put 1 star since NO stars where available. My application dragged for almost 2 months with no reason. There is no communication between the branch and the analysts. The branch blames the analysts and the analysts blame the branch. What a disappointment! The branch is right next to my house and would have been very convenient but instead I have to go to CIBC where my application was taken care of in less than 5 minutes!

There is power outage in Montreal today, so i have decided to withdraw in the ATM machine in Laval. The transaction was fine. I withdraw $1000 from my chequing account. It was deducted and it is shown in the receipt. I heard the machine counting the money. But it did not release the money. I waited but the machine screen displays temporarilyunavailable so i call the attention of the teller. But no one even check to see the machine. They ask me to wait and then someone spoke with me but she can't do anything but just file the atm dispute. I told them you are in the bank can't you check the machine or the camera, but she said they have no access to it. So she told me to call the ATM number for help, but again they cant do anything but just report it to ATM department through email. So i went hone without money. Even when you are already in the bank, they cant help you instantly. What an inconvenient process they have. Very frustating especially when you need the money badly and help is slow. I have to pay my apartment and do groceries, but left with nothing.They should make sure machine is not broken. No one even go check. I just hope i will have my money back to my account as soon as possible. It is very bad experience.

Everybody should experience customer service this horrible at least once in their lives. You'll wonder if they are deliberately trying to chase away their customers. For those of you who value your sanity, there's a TD branch right by the Super C supermarket that's just off highway 13.I'm happy to share some memorable past experiences (a top 3 list) with my fellow masochists:1. I call head office and tell them this branch does not pick up their phone. Head office gets back to me with: You're right. We called. They don't pick up their phone."2. The branch manager tells me he WOULD PREFER (insisted that) we use the ATMs TODAY. I wondered if the local restaurant managers would prefer that we just order hot dogs TODAY (less work for their staff).note well: I ALWAYS used the ATMs...until their new cheque reading technology made it impossible. It does not read the cheque from my biggest customer. I now try to age gracefully waiting in line for tellers to finish their long conversations whilst serving their friends.3. I'm offered a line of credit. I ask: what's the catch? They reply: no catch. Weeks later

stay way from this branch, if possible change bank. terrible customer service. left messages to Goergia ex, 232 and Jenifer ext. 224, to book an appointment, it's been one month now. Simply they never returned my call...and I will fill a complain.

Just horribleThe most unhelpful and unhappy people working for this branchI will literally take a detour and drive an extra 10 minutes to go to the TD in St dorotheAlot more helpful and I avoid the rude employees at the Notre-Dame location.. These people shouldn't work in customer service or maybe get a refresher course on proper etiquette
