Wow... I found a gem late last night. Delicious food, fabulous hospitality and a great ambience. The owner, Mohammad was very accommodating he was checking on every table if the customers like the food and something needed to change. This will be definitely my go to spot for middle eastern food in kitchener Waterloo area. Everything was top notch.

Delicious food. I had Shawarma Alfredo pasta.Very friendly service. The staff kindly walked me through the menu.The restaurant here is beautiful and very clean.I 100% recommend coming here.

This shop is one of the best places to have shawarma in downtown waterloo. they have various types of shawarma and also french fries,chicken on rocks and some other items.They also have pasta and shawarma family platter options both veg (falafel) and nonveg (chicken) and different varieties of burgers as well. It has a bit of indian food taste added to their recipes and delicious.

I couldn’t believe this place has such high ratings, considering the poor service, facilities and mediocre food. Upon arrival we could have been greeted with a warm welcome but I immediately got the vibes that the person serving us who was sitting on his laptop at a table, was probably annoyed we interrupted him.The “family” plater of food we ordered to consume on site was decent however just ok. the pieces were cut small and food was falling out of each roll of wrap. We received no plates, no cutlery, no napkins- just a large tray of food and a box of Kleenex. I felt like I was an animal eating with my hands with food falling everywhere, and the person serving sat at his laptop next to us without noticing or offering to make our experience more pleasant. I do not recommend eating here to anyone who has self respect.The facilities are also not the cleanest:While walking to the washroom I felt the film of grease under my feet covering the floor, it was slippery land oily like a bowling lane.One bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom was dirty, with a loose broken toilet seat. The bathroom was also full of junk and being used as a storage area.

The Chef Signature Shawarma - Halal Food
I've tried the half and half (rice and fries) Chicken Shawarma small to try it out and it was very good! Love how they use white meat and it was still good! They also have burger, it was decent! For those who loves Shawarma, this is the place that makes it very well! We'll definitely come back for more!
