Kinsmen Jackpot Bingo

Last draw I checked in all day, the message always said the room was full, I would get in as soon as there was a place. That message never changed until the cards sold out. Coming draw, I was finally able (tried numerous times on other draws, never available) to put my name on the list for email notification, I got the email saying cards were on sale, but only saw a message saying restocking soon. Could not buy cards. Your charity is good but the website is not. I'm not even going to bother trying any more, I'll find other charities.

What I am concerned about is how all the information of the I am assuming previous customer was left on my screen when it came for my time to order when I could finally get in to order. This occurred two weeks in a row. Being a faithful player for years will terminate if I am not able to be playing on the night the winner is crowned due to lack of cards and a terrible web site

Great service, thanks for all your work in upgrading and improving your online orders. I ordered late Sunday nite and got my June 27 tickets Wednesday? Thankyou, and I really like the multiple order options too. Now you just have to pick my numbers.....lol

Their website is starting to be a joke now. What is with the crowd handler waiting room. That's all I e been getting since 8 am. I don't think they know how to work their site. It's only getting worse and I think it's time they get a better IT website designers and technicians that know what they are doing.

This is the most ridiculous website to try to order off. I try over and over so many times to no avail. And when I phone in the lady pretty much make gives you attitude for calling to order on the phone. I order for my mom who is 91 and does not have a computer. If the online site does not work why am I getting the attiude when I call. VERY FRUSTRATING!

Ordered Jan 25 and no cards and today is Feb 12.....I wanna play not get refund weeks later! Thanks Canada post. Two weeks to mail in the city is a joke. Also once they come I have to mail them back which is fine but what happens if they just dont arrive? The company I work for using CPC and many many orders do not arrive and dont even come back unclaimed....

You need to work on your web platform. I have card in my cart and then kicks me out. When I refreshed kicked me to a waiting room and then sold out. For the amount of issues you hear about you would think you would address the concerns and fix your website

The problem was fixed and I was able to buy tickets. Thank you, first time I've been able to play since pandemic started. My sons birthday is Friday so he is very excited to play.

April 7, 2021Restocking notices are still working. Getting on to the web site to buy cards has greatly improved; possibly due to the fact that, the $3,000,000 has been won. Way to go Ms. Kennedy. This system is not very impressive.AddendumSince I rated this system, I have been receiving strange emails. Has anyone else been receiving strange emails.Kinsmen does great work for the community. I am sure that they are not happy about the system frustrating their supporters.Good luck in figuring out where the problem exists with the system. I know where I would start investigating.
