Russ was extremely helpful; his crew was professional, friendly and great to deal with. Russ had the job done as quickly as possible, less than 48 hours after figuring out the problem (p-trap replacement) which had us out of service. Other companies were going to take at least a week. I would definintely recommend Russ and his crew to anyone looking for a reputable, trustworthy company!

Had Russ and his team out to help me service a building lot, extremely professional, fair price, and a great job

We had a backup in our basement, so thus we started with the city to eel out our clean out but they came up with mud!!!!! This meant that we had a collapsed pipe, thus it had to be dug up and replaced, the city gave us a list of 3 approved companies who do this.They say you save the best for last and sure enough Phoenix was the best!!Russ arrived and actually talked to us like maybe we knew our house and the history!!!! He was prompt and very courteous, he quoted us a price and we agreed and before I returned to my house the contract was in my e mail, as this drainage issue was at a rental house.Phoenix Drainage had the city permit the next day and sure enough by 3 in the afternoon they were marking the ground to start in the morning,Russ got involved late on Wednesday and Friday morning the crew arrived, and what a wonderful bunch of guys they were, joking, laughing, working and having fun. what great guys they were!!!!!By 1:30 they were inspected not only by the City but by Russ. Completely done, everything running GREAT!!!!Now I must also add that the up front girl in the office that fields the calls was so professional, understanding and caring, that she makes you feel like it is a company that can handle your problems and everything will be OK!!!THANK YOU all for not only doing your jobs but making us feel like it really will be OKDebra Christian

We had a crisis situation occur and once they were assigned the job, they were out to assess the situation quickly, submitted a quote, and started work right away. Russ and Lisa were incredibly helpful navigating the City's rebate program for our sewage line replacement and sump pump installation. The crew who did the work was courteous and professional and left everything inside and out perfectly neat and tidy. Highly recommend.
