I am always asked where my jewelry comes from because it is stunning and unique. I have never needed a repair or replacement gem unlike other pieces I have from other jewelers. Need an extra star for this amazing family business.

Joanna designed my gorgeous ring and the experience was stellar the entire way thru. She was friendly, creative, and came up with the loveliest designs. We've thankfully used their expertise to repair sentimental pieces that were purchased elsewhere and the repairs made the ring better than ever! Super knowledgeable and friendly staff all around. Will definitely recommend to friends :)

Fantastic family owned Business. They were very helpful and informative when coming to a piece of jewelry I had been wanting for years. I finally took the plunge and brought my idea in that I had for a custom ring piece. I told them what I was looking for, how I wanted it, and they brought my vision to life. The owners are such sweet people and listened to my story as to why I wanted this piece, and how much it means to me. They took that to heart and made it that much more special for me. So pleased with my stunning ring and recommend them for all future purchases. I can't wait to get my next pieces from them!

My partner and I were searching for wedding bands, and we came to Goldart because of great word of mouth. The floor staff (salesperson and designer) were courteous, friendly, and helpful. We found bands we really loved thanks to the staff.However, at checkout we asked about warranty and the estimate for the full price. A woman who I believe was the manager gave non responses to our questions in a rude and condescending manner, almost as if she was offended we even asked such questions. It is a big purchase, so I don’t believe these questions were out of line. When the designer came back, she answered our question clearly and directly (lifetime warranty, if there are any issues they will address them).The designer asked the manager if she wanted to apologize and she gave a condescending non-apology. At that point, we cancelled our order. It’s a shame because this was going to be an extremely easy purchase and the service we received up to this point from the salesperson and designer was great. This was a special moment for us ruined by one person.

I accidentally dropped my engagement ring in the driveway, and was driven over by a car. Not one stone feel out nor loose fitting. They took the ring in right away to review/clean after the accident.Truly incredible build quality second to none with impeccable service.If you are looking for any jewelry, I would highly recommend.

I brought a ring in to have a stone reset. They were able to repair it quickly, and also double-checked the other stones in the ring to make sure they were all secure. Highly recommend for kind, professional and efficient service.

When my partner and I started talking about getting engaged, we came to GoldArt as we have heard nothing but good things from friends and family and knew we wanted something custom. Everybody was so kind and the attention to detail is impeccable. My husband had a custom engagement ring made for me from GoldArt and it is nothing short or absolutely stunning. Joanna took the time to really get to know my style and my vision for my future engagement ring, but also kept enough of it a surprise for me to be blown away when the question was popped! Fast forward two years and we finally got married, of course we came back to have our wedding bands made and we couldn’t be happier. 10/10 recommend!!
