I am a restaurant manager at boston pizza and called them regarding hot water problems from our hot water boiler after hours and got a fast and effective response! One day we had no hot water and the next we have all the hot water we need - very professional, knowledgeable, patient and overall just an amazing experience! Thank you so much !

We had a frozen pipe this past cold snap luckily we were home and caught it in time to avoid major damage.We gave Sterling a call and Luke was on his way right away and was opening up the wall to make the repair within the hour.Fast service especially for after hours. Gave me a fair honest price for the work which was less than I was expecting so I was very pleased and glad to have found my go to plumbing and heating contractor. Highly recommend Luke. He was very knowledgeable and kind in fixing my furnace. He gave us instructions on how to prepare, a time frame of when he would arrive, let us know when he was en route and came on time. He said he didn't mind if I watched the process and explained things along the way. He also gave me some advice on how to maintain the duct cleaning and if in the future I needed help on the water tank, he would be happy to help. He also told us what to keep an eye on, for when the tank would need to be replaced.He gave us a quote in advance and the price was very close to that quote.Will definitely be calling Luke again in the future! We woke up this morning to a freezing cold house and instantly panicked. Luckily, we found Sterling Plumbing and Gas and decided to go with them because of all the great reviews. We are glad we did as they came within a few hours and Luke was super helpful in explaining what the possible issues were. He quickly found the issue going through his diagnostics and helped us get the correct part and came back later to complete the replacement. Safe to say the heat is back on and we can resume normal living. Thanks!
