The guys behind the counter are rude and lazy. The guy was mad he had to do his job and give his client a little costermer service. He was made he had to fill out the firm for the rental. I seen him get mad at a client because they just boight a generator and needed a truck, and did not make a online reservation. ( how he just bought a generator on a whim )They lie to save face with their manager. So there is no point to make a complaint in store.Anyways good luck with the rental section those two people working at that counter need to realize they chose that job, be happy you are there, or leave.
