I had nothing but a great experience with Prestige Optical. I'm a visitor here from the States, and I made an appointment for a new prescription and eyeglasses in an emergency where I could no longer use my contact lenses, and my backup glasses were barely useable. After excellent Email correspondence with Paul, I went in for a sight test performed by him, and it was very professional and thorough, accounting for my profession and sight needs for it. He was also very helpful in the selection of my frames and giving me an honest opinion on how it suited my face. I have pretty severe Astigmatism, so it was understandable that I could not get my glasses the same day as my lenses had to be special ordered, but nonetheless, I received my glasses within 3 business days, and I am more than pleased with the new glasses I got. It's still astounding how fast I was able to get a sight test and new prescription, new glasses with high quality frames, and all at a very reasonable cost considering the extremely professional and speedy service. I would highly recommend Prestige Optical not only for fast, high quality, and reasonably priced prescription glasses, but also for all general eyecare needs, and if I find myself in the Vancouver area again and need glasses or contacts, Prestige will be the first place I consider.

Exceptional service! Paul and his team helped me fix my broken glasses on the spot, even though I hadn't bought them from their store. I was in a real pickle, as I cannot function without my glasses. So Paul saved my day, when he found a creative solution to a problem that could have caused me a lot of grief. He is a true problem solver and such a nice and knowledgeable person as well.

Above and beyond service! Paul and his team are exceptional. He worked tirelessly to not only find me frames that would work for me, but he also tweaked my frames so that my lashes don't touch the lens! Not an easy feat as all you ladies out there know. The options are endless and there are no words to describe their attention to detail and education to make you feel over the moon with your purchase. Prestige optical has the best service! I am an Asian with an -6 prescription. All of the glasses that I bought in Canada so far gave me extreme pain on my nose. I never had trouble in Asia before. Paul and Cam helped me choose frames that suit me in every way, so I won't get pain. They considered my very small pupillary distance, high prescription, highly sensitive eyes... many other factors. Paul is very patient and professional. He made sure things can go well for me this time and I won't waste my money. Paul even told me why my previous frames did not work, so I can avoid trouble in the future. Whereas, other optometrist had accused me of imagining all my problems(genuine pain that affects my life). Sherwin was so kind and professional on the phone. His professionalism made me trust eye doctors again after so many horrible experiences. Prestige is great!
