Completely satisfied with Oleksii's work, honesty and professionalism. As soon as he arrived, he assessed the situation, explained it clearly and provided solutions on how to fix it properly. Alex is my hero! The main drain going from my house was blocked and disgusting water was backing up into my basement. Alex identified the problem right away from nothing more than my text, advised me to use the water as little as possible, and arrived the next day. The problem was tree roots in the pipe. Took some time and muscle, but everything was soon flowing smoothly.

Mr Alex was extremely prompt, convenient and provided an excellent service at a great value. He not only attended to my issue before 24 hours but got the spare part as well. I obtained quotes from other service providers and he was by far the best in price. Will definitely continue to use his services and would highly recommend him

The company and plumber was rude and discourteous and did not care about the city of Toronto guidelines set out and only concerned about being paid. I’d never use this plumber Or company even if it was the last one on earth. Find a reputable and respectable plumber who works in accordance with municipal guidelines and is not just money hungry

Had a leak in the old valve of our central shut water shut off in the basement. Contacted Kozak Plumbing and they were very quick to respond. After Peel Region finally shut off the water to our house, they arrived about two hours after I notified them and quickly replaced the faulty shut off valve. Very friendly, polite, proficient plumbers. Definitely would hire them again and highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
