Pretty shady but a good parking spot with affordable rate after 5pm to 5am. Rest you gotta be careful as people can break into your cars.

a close walk to Ripley's aquarium. Definitely not wheelchair accessible. Can be very crowded during the weekends. I didn't see elevators, just stairs and stairs, which gave me thigh cramps. Price was reasonable.

Caution for people on wheelchair !!!! Usually not expensive. But they know when to post flat charge of $40 for various events but they do not realize the customer inconvenience and solutions towards it.No elevator is still fine till an extent but there should be an alternate exit or ramp for the wheelchair ...i.e. if u have someone on wheel chair.. u need to pull the chair all the way from 3rd or 4th ground level parking wherever you get spot and while exiting the ramp wont let u get the chair out easily...

Well over an hour to get out after a Jays game. And I even spent 30-40 mins after the game walking around the stadium. $30 and reeks like urine. Would not recommend.

The worst parking lot in the whole of Canada. I parked my car here on July 18 when someone broke the window to get a child bag (baby food). I called to get CCTV footage but no one answers and it just goes into voicemail. I have to spend 4+ hours dealing with insurance and police reports after paying them the $35 parking charge which was not refunded. Please do not park your car here as the doorman looks very shady and the staff is the one I doubt the most. There were 5 cars broken on the same day. No action by police so far. If you want your items and car to be safe please do not park here.

Someone broke into my car, impark did not help in anything at all. Their officers check cars for parking violations but can’t see people breaking into cars. Parking on a street is safer. Save yourself from the smell of pee from those dirty blue jays fans. Their security is bs. Best place to waste time and money in Toronto.

Been stuck not moving an inch for an hour after the Jays game. The location is convenient but be weary of major gridlock after big events. Also the machines you pay at are quite finicky, so definitely use the app to pay.
