Located inside the Food District area in Square One, with sooooooo many samples. They offer a variety of unique flavours for olive oil and balsamic vinegar and have samples for all of them. They have different sized bottles for purchase too which I love. That way you can buy the smaller bottles and get a variety.For those that love all things truffle - like truffle fries, they have truffle oil! I bought a small bottle of the black truffle oil and have been adding it to fries.
