Rachel and Rob are OUTSTANDING human beings. My pups and I are better for having met them. We are new to Owen Sound and they came HIGHLY recommended by a Pet Valu associate.I can certainly see why.They offer a vast array of services, are extremely competitively priced and are such incredibly compassionate and giving people.I can most definitely cross of 'pet care' from my list of professionals we need to secure now that we've moved here.

Miss Millie went for her first official grooming (@2.5 yrs), and I was so glad it was to R&R. They were both so patient and caring, which was needed as Millie is skittish and wary of almost everything. We will definitely be using more of the services offered here.Thanks again R&R!

Rachael and Rob provide a service that is unique.I recently needed boarding for my Cat. Boarding for a cat is not easy to find.However, it’s is the story behind what this warm, genuine couple do, that intrigues me most. It is their work with animals that might otherwise be considered disposable… Those that need a commitment, and assistance, to help bring out the confidence and inner joy that is inside. To ease aSenior animal that may require extra care, or have suffered a loss in their life…To work hard, and put energy, and the amount of love, understanding and expense into those that come into their care… then to have to actively find the right fit and home for these animals.. for their second chance at life, isn’t an easy task.That… is truly unique…!

We left our goldendoodle with them for doggy day-care. He had a blast and was very well treated! Also their flexible timing really worked out great with our family!Thanks again!

Rachel and Robert are a lovely young couple who are obviously very passionate about all animals!
