Darren and Kat worked hard to find our new home. They showed us all kinds of homes and left us with the decision to select a home which would be best for our family. They enjoy looking at homes and were able to answer all of our questions about purchasing and re-sale.

The time they took to promote it goes above and beyond. The videos they created as part of the package and the included house inspection made a significant difference. These guys know what they're doing from a marketing perspective and honestly no one else does it better in this city! Very patient while we looked at many houses (losing many with crazy pandemic offers) and were very honest when a house was not a good choice for us in their opinion. Essentially we never felt rushed like we have with other agents we have worked with to get us off their plate. I know they work with many high end clients and sales, and I never felt like our moderate budget was something they scoffed at like some other agents do. Great people personally I have a lot of respect for. Always kind to me and my family. My daughter is a Tesla fan and Darren took her around for a quick ride while we headed to another house once. Made her day. All around just great people to work with doing great business. Will never use anyone else and always recommend them when asked.

Darren helped us buy our house a couple years ago when we moved to Sudbury. He was super helpful, did his absolute best to show us houses that fit what we were looking for especially considering it was a very slow December and pickings were slim. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the approachability, professionalism and availability of both Kat and Darren Leblanc. In early May 2022 we had listed our home for 60 days with another agent. We had little or no activity. When the listing expired, we decided to stay off list for 3 weeks. We searched around for another agent and through word of mouth and the recommendations from others, we decided to hire Kat and Darren. We were not disappointed. Their photographer and videographer certainly captured the quality of our home during the day and night through high resolution pictures and video. It goes without saying that once you commit to Kat and Darren, they treat you as their only client and will serve you to the best of their ability. Despite all the work that was done to prepare our house for an MLS listing, our home sold within less then a week off list at the price we were asking for.... and this was as the market was cooling off due to higher interest rates.
