Large patio with good service. Food is pretty good and has a decent selection of drinks available. Although, for a German tavern, they do not have a lot of German beer available if that is what you are looking for.

I was anticipating this visit to what was seems to be a great place, BUT the disappointment wasn't far to come.*** Waited for 1 hour just to get something that I didn't ordered ****The day was seem to be a busy day , so I can understand a long waiting time. . .But dear Manager if you reading this take your notes* Nobody told us that the waiting time would be long or at least longer than usual* The tables were dirty, and was clean only half hour later when we asked* During our almost 1 hour wait time nobody come asked or offered any service* After 1 hour we were ready to leave, but we got lucky and the food came out, just to realize that my side dish was replaced in the last minutes , honestly if prior to that the waitress just was asking me if that's ok to change my side dish most likely that my response beas OK_____________________________________________To conclude we return both our dishes and left the placeOur planed order was supposed to be around 150$ + 20$ for a tip + good reviewBut instant you got 1 table occupied for 1 hour and got 11.5$ + bad review_____________________________________________Definitely won't recommend to any one !

Rented out their event space in the back for my wife's 50th B-Day this past weekend....was planned for April 2020 and due to restrictions we have been postponing year after year. Due to the delay I was a little concerned that maybe they weren't going to pay us much attention as the rental fee was paid long ago and maybe not as profitable as they would like. Not the case...the event was awesome and a great time had by all. What made it great and prompting me to leave a review was the staff. Very helpful and attended to all our needs on point. Our bartenders...Brennan and sorry I missed the others name, were absolutely amazing. True professionals and enjoy what they are doing. It was clearly evident in their service levels start to finish...they weren't bartenders rather event/party ambassadors. Thank you very much to Krista in catering/banquets for all your help and we will definitely be recommending The Edelweiss Tavern to anyone looking to host a private event big or small in the tri-cities area.

Literally stopped by while looking for somewhere to eat. They had live music which was quite a catch. Music band was good. We had wings and we had the white Sangria. It didn't come out how I would have liked it but it was okay. We were out on the patio.

Good patio, good music, tasted food, cool beer, good, fast and accurate service. We had a little problem with one item of our order and the restaurant manager take it out of our bill. Definitely we will be back.

I go almost every Friday with a few coworkers at the end of the day. Staff and food are always on point and their patio is awesome and they have live music.
