Came into the store today to ask about getting my ring finger sized. Chatted with a lovely sales lady named Pooja and I explained how my ring no longer fits properly after losing weight and not only did she help me find my new size, but she also helped me get a plastic ring sizer cover to make sure my ring wouldn't fall off. Thanks for being so friendly and helpful!

I came in for my training. I took a temporary job with this company at the outlet mall in Niagara on the lake.. So far there has been no training. Instead of training me Monica is handling customers yet there's 2 other employees in the store doing nothing but standing around.I truly feel like the least your company can do is meet me halfway here. I'm putting forth the effort to come in to work on time, ready and eager to learn. The least your manager Monica can do is spend time properly training me so I can be successful at the job.Instead she has a litany of excuses why she doesn't have time to train people.She was so silly that she wants to give me a set of keys with no proper training, and have me tell customers that someone else will be available shortly.I'm like seriously? How am I supposed to help customers with no training?

We recently went to the peoples at outlets Niagara to look at new wedding bands. I’m sorry I don’t recall the woman’s name who helped us with ordering the ring online, but she was really helpful and knowledgeable. Found the perfect ring and got it within a week of ordering. Would definitely return to this location. Love my new ring and thank you to the lovely lady that helped get it to me! It was a pleasant experience.

I recently visited this store with a friend to purchase something for a special occasion. The employee was initially helpful and showed us options within my budget. However, my experience turned sour when I expressed interest in a ring that I really liked. The employee told me that it was not within my budget and discouraged me.As a customer, I was taken aback by this approach. I felt that it was unprofessional and inconsiderate. The whole purpose of browsing is to find items that we like, and as a paying customer, I should be able to do so without feeling judged or discouraged. Unfortunately, this negative experience left me feeling disappointed and unwilling to return to this store in the future.Overall, I would not recommend this store based on my experience. The customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued as a customer.

We went on for a cleaning on a ring and to shop Lorraine was super helpful and checked every box we needed checked. The niagara outlet location continues is worth the drive if you need to visit a peoples
