Good broker. We are constantly working with them from last 1 year. Loads are not high paying but still they are paying normal rates. Because right now all Canadian Brokers are becoming so cheap and cheap. Carriers can't survive with rates what are brokers are paying these days

Very poor communication with this broker. So many people works there but whenever you call them, they say everyone in the meeting because no one wants to deal with the issue, even though they see emails that driver is stuck at the pickup. Caroline the manager, did not answer any of my call and very rude, email me back, what do you need? like she doesn't know what is going on. My driver drove about 150miles to pick up from there location, waited almost 4hrs and still no word from them. No one understand or cares that driver Elog is running and he wasted his 7 hours. I would suggest everyone not to deal with them.

This is a major scam! Shipped return to this broker via registered mail and apparently they didn’t receive it. I’m opening a complaint to the better business bureau and advising my local precinct. They do nothing at all to help but keep you “waiting”. Report this company to your local police and the better business bureau.
