Never got my order after 5 weeks. Never got any answer. This is really a scam. Don't buy anything there

Ordered a coffee table Aug 3. Order shows as fulfilled Aug 8 but I have not received it yet. Sent them an e-mail asking when delivery would be. The customer service advised in their email they would reply in 2 - 3 days. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY YET AND IT HAS BEEN 14 days. This is not customer service. A simple response is all I wanted! **** UPDATE: It's now Oct 3, 2022. I received 2 emails from them stating a credit would be issued. I have not received the credit nor have they answered any of my emails. I am starting to think this is may be a scam and the company may not exist. Be Aware.

Still waiting for my shipping after 27 days. I paid extra for premium shipping not tracking number. I ordered gym matting 24 pcs. No answer in costumer service, email or phone number. So prepare to waitttt a lot :(
