Tony and Christine have looked after two units for me since my family and I moved to Mexico last year. They were extremely professional and helpful from the very start, and once we got the units fully converted into proper AirBNB suites, the results have been good. The last several months through the summer have yielded some cash flow. Most importantly, I don't need to worry because I know my home is in good hands. They are both good communicators, keeping me updated on developments concerning my property, and always returning my calls within a maximum 24 hrs. I AirBNB or property management services in Edmonton, I highly recommend.

Really happy with this team!I'm just over 9 months into working with CityBnB at my place in Calgary. They've been very responsive and helpful to work with. I've found that my tenancy rate has been very high and revenues have met my targets for the property. The design work on my place has been excellent and they worked with me to remain within my budget for any work required.Overall, I am getting fully value for the contracted rates as I have little to no oversight required on the property.

Christine and Tony are amazing to work with. They have been so professional and knowledgeable since the first meeting when I contacted them saying I am interested to list my brand new townhouse for short-term rental. They have provided me so much insight on the setting up process and worked with me on the furniture budget and what are the must haves in the unit. I am amazed how they worked their MAGIC to get my property furnished and running as short-term rental within 3 weeks of possession of the house.
