Very clean, friendly service. Easily available for walk in or appointments. Highly recommend the Gua sha face massage too.

Customer service at the Reception managing (or not managing, in my case) appointments and communications with client/s will benefit form considerable improvements. I was disappointed at how my appointment was handled by one of the staff, who interrupted my exchange with the receptionist (the other staff). While cancelling my appointment (which was booked in advance) no efforts were made to reschedule or provide alternative masseuse/masseur... not to mention we are sorry

Service: Couple massagePros: good prices, friendlyCons: we finished with both our vision blurred and we couldn't think straight. It eventually did come back. (Maybe its their beds? Never happened before and they werent pressing that hard. The massage was not good. It was a rocky massage, with no technique, and it seemed like they were doing random things. It wasn't even similar on both side of our bodies. My husband wanted it harder but he didn't get that. Mine was ticklish and uncomfortable (I am not a ticklish person...) and she would press on one area for a super long time without moving... she worked on my right bumper for majority of the time. I got oil but my husband didn't. I didn't get a hot towel to wipe off the oil. I do not recommend

I’ve been going to Big Feet for over 2 years now. They are friendly, efficient, clean and really good! Mark is Amazing! He finds all my tight spots, he’s an excellent massager. He has fixed my sore neck. I have nothing but good things to say about Big Feet in Vic. I highly recommend them and Mark especially

The reflexology treatments that we received were amazing! My boyfriend and I were both very happy with the quality of the treatments that we received. It was our first time having reflexology and I would definitely do it again. I deducted one star just because it was a little hard to fully relax given the space that the treatments took place. The space is right beside the front entrance. People were coming in, the phone was ringing, two girls at the front desk were chit chatting, and it did not feel like a private treatment that I could fully enjoy the experience. Otherwise, I would highly recommend!

I have been going to Mark, at Big Feet, for a couple years now. His massage skills can be summed up in one word… Fantastic!

Just finished my first experience with Big Feet on Fort Street. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was very friendly and the service and treatment was amazing. Very excited to go back next week. Awesome value and great conversation. Overall, very impressed.

This is a foot rub/massage. This is not reflexology. Most of the time is spent on top of the foot, and leg from knee to ankle. This is the same massage I get with a pedicure but now I still have to pay to get my toes done! The people are nice, the tea is good, and the place is clean. No health questionnaire so they are clueless to know which areas of the foot to give attention to. I specifically requested a person skilled in reflexology when i made my online appointment. That is not what I received so 2 stars is generous. I am not a hater, but I work hard for my money and do not spend without researching.

I had been to Big feet as I had pain in my neck and shoulders. I thought massage would be helpful. However, the lady who did my massage was continuously coughing and she caused more pain in my neck. I had severe neck pain for the next two days. I completed the reception too while making the payment about the coughing but no action was taken. I had to make the full payment too and they did not offer me any concession too for the regretful service. The worst massage centre ever! I don't recommend this to anyone!

Mark is amazing! Full body massage plus foot massage. He is a master of his craft. Don't listen to haters.. the place is legit
