Damian is such a great gatekeeper and always works with me to find parts or solutions when needed and also stern but welcome warnings about looking after my car before trouble starts lol...which I am going to start doing! I failed to obtain a service appointment for my beloved old Mercedes Benz in spite of being among the first customers of this business. Seems that you have to be on a preferred list these days. This kind of elitism has not been part of the Collingwood I know and love but I guess the times they are a-changing." I have found 3 paid in full invoices for work done at Collingwood Fine cars Total paid $991.14. None of these indicates a transmission service. If one was done I cannot see why you would release the car without payment. I don't remember any dispute or rejoinder about future work and not being welcomed back. Otherwise I would not have made future contact. And this would not have happened.I have just found an invoice for the transmission fluid service from 2017/04/07. $305.24 was approved payment by credit card at that time. I really don't remember being called out for this and fail to understand why this company has turned on me."

This is the best garage I've ever been to. The working space is clean and organized. The service is fast, reliable, and professional. Most importantly, you can trust Steve to tell you what needs work and give you a fair price for it.
