The atmosphere was very nice. It was not too packed(weekday). The food was delicious. Highly recommend this place. We took the 3 flight pizza and no regrets. Great place to have so drinks, eat some food and enjoy some games.

Zero service. After our party ordered drinks, it took over 30 minutes to receive them.... There was only 2 other tables of people in the restaurant at the time. When we finally received our food (1.5 hours after walking in the door), one vegetarian" dish we ordered came with ground beef in the sauce... the rest of the dishes were sub-par.I used to love BP

I ordered Mediterranean pizza.t hey brought vegetarian pizza, we were so hungry we just moved on with it. We ordered Kid's Oreo shake, it was totally curdled up, when we complained they ask if they can refund , we said ok, they didn't when we check bill .

Good location, hard working staff. But quality of food just OK.I ordered taco with shrimps. Shrimps were over deep fried. I keep forgetting, at Boston Pizza, stick with the basic and order Pizza.Again, staff are hard working and good people.

Came here with the kids before à jets game. Let’s be clear it’s a 4 star for how well they do for kids. Food is always standard and consistent, the service always good. We got seated quickly and the waitress arrived in due time as well. Great spot for the family before heading to the Jets!

I was here twice in a week during the Home and Garden Show. First time by myself. Service was great, pasta was fantastic as I've come to expect from BP. Second time was with a group of 9, short notice reservation. The staff were very helpful in getting us a private room in the restaurant. The manager, Cristian Cruz himself came to serve us. Top notch, well done. He made the pizza and wings himself. They were fantastic. Well worth coming here for the experience. Only downside was the music was far too loud and they were unable to or didn't turn it down when asked. We were very impressed otherwise.

Pros: server was great but overworked (one for a full bar side), spinach dip was legitimately AMAZING, one of the best I’ve ever had, drinks were cold.Cons: only one server?!?! Felt bad for the guy! Drink menu was lacking and the pizza was mediocre.Overall: it’s a chain so you know what you’re getting. Convenient location however, and I’ve had much worse!

The service was good. Food was okay ,I ordered the NYC AAA steak on garlic toast. I like succulent meat ,and this was not it .The well done state of the streak I asked for came with a pink inside . I understand its charbroiled, but still should be fully cooked . I suggest they get another cooking method for this non sandwich, and also remove it from the sandwich area given you cannot even eat it as a sandwich with a lack of second garlic toast to go on top making it a sandwich. It was chewable, and tasty to a point, but like rubber on the garlic toast. Fries portion was minimal ,and I dont feel it really was a dinner . It only came on one little tiny peice of garlic toast . For what is labeled under sandwiches, didn't look like one . Fries didnt really taste that good either. Waitress also seemed fishy, and pushy .They also need music in the atmosphere, listening to a jets game is not what I want to listen to after a long day work enjoying my dinner.

Cannot say enough great things about the excellent service from this location.My friends and I continue to dine here on nights out because we are never disappointed.The management and servicing staff are great especially Kaitlynn one of the regular servers. She is exceptional! The bar can be packed and she can still always make you feel special and ensure you have everything you need. Why go anywhere else???
