Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport (former Four Points by Sheraton Vancouver Airport)

I’ll start with the only positive…the beds are comfortable. The rest of the place is a dump and very overpriced. Do Not Stay Here.The staff do not go out of their way to be helpful. They are not willing to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.On my second night I had a dripping noise in the bathroom that started. It turned out to be coming from the room above. I went to the desk for a new room and there was no concern or apology. There was likely a dead person in the room above me with an overflowing bathtub. It took over 20 minutes to get a new room. That new room had a broken bathroom door. This place is awful and should not carry the Four Points brand name.The rooms aren’t well cleaned. There’s dust on top of the headboard and the shower tiles are disgusting.Again…DO NOT STAY HERE.

Our first time at a Four Points and I was pretty underwhelmed. Glad we only booked one night at the price we paid. Small room, no power on one side of the bed, and I had to reach into the shower and get splashed with cold water in order to turn it on. Total design fail. Overall the room seemed quite dated. The whole place except the lobby seemed old.The courtesy van reminded me a a work truck on a farm, I don't think the inside had ever been cleaned. Just filthy.The bed and pillows were nice and the woman running the restaurant on the main floor was AMAZING. Outstanding service and great food.

Staff were friendly and good. Location is very convenient to lots of food options. Room is in dire need of refresh/remodeling. Pillows smell like someone has been sweating in them for months. Carpet in the room looks very dirty as well. Very expensive for what we paid for 1 night.

Below average for a Marriott chain. Everything inside the room was old. The phone in the hotel room was gross. Bathroom was clean though. Nothing wrong with the staff, everything is just very old. Towels, curtains, mattress were all quite old. You can hear everything outside your hotel room.

I stayed at this hotel Mar 20-21 and asked for a late checkout (1 pm). I was sleeping naked in the bed when loud voices woke me. Turns out that the male housekeeper was IN MY ROOM, emptying garbages and cleaning. While I was laying right there!I described the situation to the front desk staff, and expressed my unease. While waiting for the airport shuttle I was chatting with a young lady and she said that she, as well, had a male housekeeper walk into her room while she was in a state of undress. I went back to the front desk and informed them that apparently they had an ongoing problem with this happening, and that I would like to speak to a manager to find out what they were planning to do about the situation going forward. I left my email and phone number and asked that I be contacted regarding this situation. At this point, a day later, I have heard nothing, and have to assume I won’t, at this point.I honestly don’t know if I feel comfortable ever staying at this hotel again. Definitely be careful if you have young girls, while staying there.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Firstly, we booked under Four Points but when we arrived, we found out that it wasn't under Four Points anymore. It would be common courtesy to let us know. It was so frustrating to check in because when we arrived, they had the audacity to not only say they couldn't find us in the system, but also said they had to charge us more and I still don't understand why. At the end, they just asked us for proof that we booked the hotel (shows just how unorganized they are). The room was okay, not the best. Overall it also had a very odd vibe as well; there was one day where we noticed there was a young kid who was just hanging around the front of the building for hours. My guess is that maybe the kid was waiting for the parent who was working at the hotel but it was just weird that they would wait for hours outdoors where the guests enter.

The new operator is showing some improvement but overall it is still far from good. All the front desk staffs except NIVE and perhaps the cleaning lady at 6/F are terrible. Room is comfy but design and structure are subpar, they dont even have a proper hanger to hang the towels. The only thing good is its location. Overall, dont stay unless you have better options.

This is our 3rd time stayed at this hotel in the past 3 years, and it’s getting worse. First 2 times was still Four Points by Marriott, which came with Marriott benefit like late checkout and points redemption. The location is very convenient to many Chinese restaurants so not too bad. The room was not fancy but clean. However, this time was worse. It’s now rebranded as Grand Park Hotel, not Marriott anymore. The room was not as clean. The shower water is yellow colored. The parking lot smelled bad, like garbage. I wish this hotel can run better.

This location is close to the airport and conveniently located to local amenities.The rooms and hotel are clean, but are starting to show their age.I want to give a very special service shout out to the wonderful host/server who runs the breakfast service. She was amazing, kind, thoughtful and fast. She was managing the front of house like a BOSS and everyone was so well cared for. The back of house team created hot, fresh and tasty breakfast. I wish I had gotten some names as they all stood out.Their housekeeping team deserves special recognition too. They had a wonderful gentleman managing the turnover of the rooms. Again kind, thoughtful and friendly.I wish the front desk team was as attentive.See you all next time I'm in the area for work!

This place is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you won't be disappointed.The hotel location is convenient for dining. The front desk staff is professional and helpful. Guests can store their luggage for a short time period even after the room is checked out.
