We had a very positive experience with Marlin Construction. We initially hired Lindsay to paint and her work is exceptional. We also had the pleasure of having Mark do some minor repairs and everything was carried out in a professional, courteous, responsive, caring way. Both Lindsay and Mark are true professionals and they do everything to the best of their abilities. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we plan to use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Decided to replace the carpet with ceramic tile in my house. The project was completed with a minimum amount of disruption. The floors now look absolutely fantastic. I have no reservations recommending Marlin Construction. Anthony Connolly.

I brought Marlin in to help with a large renovation of updating two bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, updating stair cases and fixtures around the house along with adding in a custom bedroom cabinet, floating shelves shiplap wall with fireplace, they were great from the start very responsive and helpful for myself as this had been the first major renovation, I was apart of. They always shared great feedback on previous experience with materials and prior projects to help guide this project to the best finish possible. The quality of work and attention to detail on their part was top notch never accepting anything less then perfect i was quite blown away by what they were able to achieve in my house creating a very high quality looking home from a base builders package of the early 2000's. They showed a very wide range of skills handling many different smaller and larger projects including two built in storage areas (bedroom storage and built in bar in the basement) which both looked fantastic at the end very high end, they did both vinyl and tile flooring, back splash, re-did two sets of stairs and much more. All this at a really affordable rate can not say enough good things about them from both the quality of their work and the quality of their character they would be the best choice for anyone's future projects as they will be for mine!

I have used Marlin Construction for many commercial projects. So easy to communicate with and I am always satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the work done. Can't say enough good things! Do yourself a favor and use Marlin Construction for your next project, you won't regret it.

I would give this a company a 10 if could. We have used Marlin Construction's services many times since moving into our new home and they've all been extremely positive experiences. Mark even came to our rescue when we didn't have hot water after moving into our new home after the hot water tank broke and was quickly able to resolve the issue. He also recently helped trouble shoot another issue caused by a recent power outage. Mark takes pride in his work and truly cares about his clients. We can't recommend Mark and his services enough and will be customers for life.

Mark was extremely professional and did an incredible job on our basement renovation! The end result was better than we ever expected. Price was amazing too.

Mark is amazing. He has consistently gone above and beyond with us, even going so far as to come by our house in the evening to help us source the problem with a hot water heater. Very professional, you can tell he takes pride in his work and the work speaks for itself. Can't recommend enough.

We bought our house in August. Found out the patio door was leaking. We hired Mark to replace our patio door and we were very impressed with his professionalism, quality of work and price!
