Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Erik Smith came to the house to fix a clogged toilet. The service was practically perfect - he was on time, polite, personable, and he fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. He then went above the call of duty by responding to my request to explain some of the basics of plumbing and to provide advice on how to prevent future problems. Like one of the previous reviews, I was planning on going with a competitor, but they were booked. However, from now on we'll call Roto Rooter instead of that competitor and I will specifically ask for Erik.

I had a young gentleman by the name of Andrew from Roto Rooter at my house to clear a blocked floor drain in my basement. He was courteous and professional in every aspect of the job. As well he was very thorough and ensured that everything was done right. And he was early for the appointment which in this day and age is absolutely unheard of. I would highly recommend this company for any of their services.

I had a really positive experience! Our plumber, Dan, was awesome - very professional, yet personable. He included me in the process, let me know what the issues were and a couple of options by which they could be resolved. Dan completed the work quickly and efficiently and I couldn't say one negative thing. He was great. Roto-Rooter's rates were very reasonable/comparable to others and I was actually happy to pay it because I felt it was certainly a job well done. I would recommend.

We had Eric Smith in our house today checking a main drain line. It was a high pressure situation as we just sold our house and the closing is conditional on the drain line being cleared as a recommendation of a bad home inspector. Eric was nice, did a good job, and seemed honest. I would definitely have him in our house again. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of meeting Denis 57. We were advised of the initial service call pricing and Denis was approachable and courteous when he showed up at our door (and on time). He went right to work after going over the costs of the proposed work effort. He allowed me to ask questions and watch what he did. He explained what it was we were seeing though his camera, and also let me know of potential issues that might arise in the future. He took the time to make sure I understood everything we'd discussed and presented me with the invoice. Anything to do with Plumbing tends to be expensive, and I was relatively prepared for the costs. I believe the service was very good and also preventative information was provided too so I can hopefully avoid the issue recurring and prolong the heath of the plumbing I currently have.

I dealt with Aaron from Roto Rooter and his service was polite, fast, attentive and exhaustive. He took care of the job quickly and explained step-by-step what he was doing. He did extra work without complaining and charged far less than I was anticipating (always a plus). I strongly recommend his service for anybody on Hamilton Mountain.

Do not have enough good words to say about the staff and the service. From the moment the calls are made. Cindy and Michelle get us a technician. We have had excellent and courteous plumbers. The jobs are done efficiently, neatly and usually under budget.

Had an issue with a drain backing up- it was effecting everything (washer, toilets, showers) we called around 10pm, spoke to a person and not a machine and someone was there within the hour!was very efficient and explained every step he was taking- since this issue is involving the city, he left a usb with camera footage from drain, a sketch and he came back the next day to draw lines where he was allowed!This process was seamless and it was great to have someone so patient and efficient come at that time of night!Thanks Roto Rooter (specifically Andrew)You were so much help! :)

I'm so pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter this past weekend to fix a leaking pipe in my laundry room. Eric, the technician, was at my door half hour after I placed my call and he was professional, honest and friendly. He walked me through the issue and how he was going to fix it and once he was done, he showed me what he did so I understood everything and being a first time home owner that was very much appreciated. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family and if Eric is your technician who comes to your door, know your issue couldn't be in better hands!

The Technician arrived promptly, Eric Smith, personable young guy, who proved to be sorta like a drain whisperer". lolHe was quick to get to work and identified the issue as being a possible "sludge" block by the way it felt. He worked away at the problem with patience and professionism keeping me informed as to what he was doing and why the whole time. He assured me he wasent leaving until the drain was cleared all the way and could see that with his camera.He was thorough and had our best interests at heart. He recommended a maintenance for our drains as to prevent this from occurring again; and it was NOT an upsale but him being proactive
