LAUFT - Flexible Workspace

My story is quite long and has gone on for some time. Here is the short version. We had negotiated to sign a lease and get two offices starting in July we wanted a space for one year to see if we liked Laufts facilities with a term to sign after a year with the same rate. We were told we could get the same rate If we signed for longer than a year. We decided to go with 18 months. We let go of our other place due to the written approval of terms for what we wanted. Everything was set; we were waiting for Lauft to send the final agreement over. In the last hour, they renege on everything. They would only give us the place for a year with rates to rise after the year and they would not hold offices for us beginning July 1 if we wanted two offices we had to sign today and begin paying. They have left us high and dry with only a little over a month to find a new place. Also, we were going to rent storage units from their storage facility beside them. If I could give a zero star, I would.RESPONSE TO OWNER - When your staff agrees in writing and renege that's not the same thing as not coming to a mutual agreement, we came to a mutual agreement. Your staff at Lauft should not be negotiating deals if they can't adhere to them.

The space and staff are really nice, and good internet for my video calls. Hallway music a bit loud and offices could be more soundproof (not to a problematic level tho). Wish this location had some smaller private pods like other locations offer as the offices (which are great) are big and $ if you only need private space for 1.

As an entrepreneur, I often need to find a workspace in and around the city quickly. Lauft's multiple locations with easy hourly booking options make remote work significantly better. The work spaces are modern, clean, and reliable, and the internet speeds are blazing fast, all through a secure network.The people who work here are great. I've been using the spaces for a while now, and every interaction has been positive, smooth, and very helpful. If you're looking for a place to work, I highly recommend Lauft.

What a great experience! A very clean and modern facility with nice washrooms. It was quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbours, and the internet was very fast. The staff were super friendly - a huge shout out to Andre for making it a stress free process when our Rogers office internet went down. I'll definitely be downloading their app and work there again!

I'm used to renting desks for a day in coworking spaces in Toronto, so was excited to try out Lauft in Ajax which is more convenient. The desks were quite small, uncomfortable to work at, and in an empty undecorated room. The wifi information I was given did not work so I had to tether with my phone for internet access.The common areas were clean and well kept, and the meeting spaces looked good, however I would not recommend using Lauft for a hot desk.

LAUFT is THE place to be if you’re looking for flexible and affordable workspace. We work from home and sometimes it’s nice to getaway and refocus at a different setting - LAUFT is THAT place for us. The space is quiet, comfortable, and accessible. Both the Smart Desks & Smart Duo options have been really helpful. OH - and they have an awesome latte machine!!!

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The facility has a nice spacious lounge area. It is kept clean. The boardrooms are also a great space to host a meeting. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with Lauft. The work areas are clean, spacious and have everything that you could need (internet, tv, lounge area, kitchenette). The staff were very helpful! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an alternative workspace.

I just want to say thank you to André and staff at Lauft for making my first visit so comfortable. I was looking for a change of scenery from my current WFH situation, so I chose Lauft because it came highly recommended and is close to home. I booked a small room through the app which was quick and easy and when I arrived, I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room! I Would definitely recommend this location!

I attended a work meeting here yesterday and the meeting room was spacious and comfortable and we received exceptional customer service from their team. Overall it was a great experience.
