Really friendly and caring staff , Davinder helped me ship my package and it was excellent service, would definitely come here in the future. Had gone to fedex prior but they make you sign up online and add more hassle when it could be so simple like here.

Great experience!!!Eugene, the owner was nice and he helped me pack my parcel. I chose UPS for the first time (they have DHL as well). Timely delivery and cheap when compared to the online quote on the UPS website.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Davinder at the UPS store and I was extremely impressed with his level of professionalism and customer service. Not only did he help me ship my package to the United States, but he also dealt with a rude customer who was using Canada Post to drop off their package. Despite the customer's attitude, Davinder remained calm and polite, offering to assist in any way possible.What impressed me the most was how Davinder handled the situation. He did not let the customer's behavior affect his own demeanor, and instead continued to provide excellent service to everyone in the store. My experience at the ups store was really good and the behavior of staff also very kind and helpful. Especially, I got a really nice behavior from the employee Davinder who is very polite and seems experienced in dealing.

The lady work here on a sunny Friday morning was amazing! She had to deal with a customer that was extremely rude. And I was very impressed by the patience the worker showed. She did such a great job in my eyes that she deserves a raise! Keep up the great customer service! I drive to this location from the other side of the city and will continue to do so! I just wanted someone to know that I was in store today and received Excellent Customer Service from the lone worker(Naginder). Very good experience sending parcel through this store I will highly recommend this store if you are sending through ups the owner was very helpful when we send parcel first time and was quick and was very good experience and also went again yesterday and had very good experience Davindeer was very helpful and had very good experience again will always go to this store again even I have to drive far to this store great service
