Went for take out about half hour before closing and i guess the cook had left. Brought the food home and the person preparing it had burnt it, it tasted burnt and could see noticeable charred ingredients. but he was in a rush to get out and packed it and gave it to us anyway. Avoid this place at all cost

I went yesterday and the lady behind the cash was pleasant but holy cow don't speak or question the man cooking your food. He scowls, and barks back at you. Don't ask for lime...I really dislike this version of thai express....like yuck!!

Ordered the general pad Thai and was disappointed. No sauce on the chicken and the pad Thai had barely any sauce.

I ordered Chicken General Thai, and the cashier heard Thai Chicken FRY RICE!!!???No question to admit that she was wrong, and very rude over the phone. I had to stay with the wrong order, and we had to eat 3 meals of rice that cost $ 33.39, very diapointed!!!Years ordering the same menu, at the same location: CHICKEN GENERAL THAI!!! I love Thai food, but I will never be back at this location, it look like is the customer's fault. Bad customer service.

Went here because the Thai express I usually go to was already closed (it was past 9pm), and this one was open and we were craving some Tom Yum soup. Well the soup was not great, it was watery and there was way too many noodles and not enough soup, was very disappointed.

It seems every time I go there (maybe once per two months) the quality of the food is getting worst and worst. It's still eaddible but I do wish they would wake up and offer that same quality as in the better days close to when they opened. Even the cooks seem to have lost all interest. I can't really blame them but they still have a job to do like everybody else
