Staff is really friendly, great customer service. Job was done well and quick, no complaints at all.

Took my car in after a hit and run and my claim was approved right away. The work was done quicker than I was told it would be. They did an impeccable job on the vehicle. It was returned cleaner than when I gave it to them. They gave me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. Over all they had amazing customer service. Owner was very friendly and provided me with updates throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Samra Autobody to everyone!

I’m writing this review because I got in contact with the owner of Samra Autobody Shop, who misbehaved with me for parking my car in front of his shop. He rudely approached me as soon as I parked my car. He started by asking for my car keys, to move my car from there as he mentioned it was in front of his garage door. I asked him to give me at least one minute because I was there for just an inquiry and I will be back in a minute. Then, he started questioning my driving skills and threatened me that if I will not move my car from that parking spot” he will block my car for the next one hour” which he did. It is captured in cameras. He only let me take my car after many requests been made by the neighbour shop onwer ms motors.

Went in for ICBC claim ford fusion 2013. Owner took my car pictures and dint sent to icbc for 3 weeks. I was calling him back and forth but he always said he will send in 2 days. At the end he gave me a stupid reason that icbc will take time to review my claim coz it was hit and run. I agree what he said but my question to him was icbc will take time to review my claim once you send them the pictures, so why arent you sending pictures to them, again lame excuse that he will send in 2 days. 0 STAR, NO SERVICE AT ALL, WASTED MY 3WEEKS. If anybody wants to waste their MONEY, TIME, ENERGY ill recommend this place.

They are the best. I got my car fixed through them after someone hit it from back. Amazing job and service. They even did clean and allignment of the car and returned my car in excellent condition. So so happy from their service!!

We had a ICBC claim and took our Van in to get fixed. Excellent service fast reliable and very friendly. We were given a courtesy car to use till the van was ready it was very clean and in excellent condition. We picked up the van and we were very impressed with the work done on it. Also we had a scratch on the hood and the owner buffed it out and it’s gone now. We will be taking our vehicles there again if need to. Thank you Samra Autobody for Excellent service in a timely manner.

Reliable auto body shop with great service! The owner as well as the rest of the team provided a great experience. Would definitely recommend others to go here as well if they haven’t already.
