1st service on my 20 Fusion Energy and had a nice double scratch on the side. Got the car waxed and the scratch's disapeared. The car looks like a new! Thank you guys!

From the reception welcome; I was greeted with a smile, friendly and polite, to the purchase; knowledgeable and honnest, after sale; excellent with answering all my questions, and looking after my needs. My new (used) car was amazingly clean and delivered on time I have received a fantastic service in every aspect. They are honest and gave me a good price for my trade. I recommend Lachute Ford!

I got a ford maverick, the last in stock at this location. Everything was okay until we got there. None of the financing changes were PROPERLY discussed with us and we’re told pricing for tires that they doubles on the contract and rushed us through the signing. Stating everything was the same as discussed. When I called the dealership to discuss the lies they told me it was not their fault that it was a communication error and we can either return the truck or deal with it. They told us pricing for the tires would be 1800 and then charged us 3000 dollars for tires that do not cost that much. Told financing would be 2% got charged 7% interest instead. No one wanted to own up to the mistakes and at least offer to remove some of the tire fees to the price agreed upon before signing the contract. I decided to try and speak with the GM convo was okay and was told he’d call me back the next day.. it’s been 2 months since that conversation. Ford manufacturers have been contacted and hopefully more training can be done at this location. The communication is appalling and the misinformation with prices blows my mind.

Some last minute appointment cancelation after waiting 4 weeks to get the appointment! However after my first time mentioning the problem I heard back immediately from the management that wanted to contact me and find out more about the situation in order to avoid this issue in the future! So for me this was enough to say that they really care about the customers and just because one person was not doing their job right doesn’t mean that the rest of the people are not professionalThank you! I appreciate it!

Very professional, courteous. I dealt with Jean-Sebastien he's really amazing person. I called him months after buying my truck for something and he took care of it no excuses. He does his best to please you and that's what a car buying experience should be. If you need a truck or car go see him I'm sure you won't regret it.

Placed a deposit on a overpriced “used” vehicle (only had 90km) 2023 Ford Transit. We have been Ford customers for several years and leased many Fords/Lincoln’s. They were selling this vehicle for 14k over MSRP we agreed on a price. Their financing department kept telling me the bank would not accept my corporations paperwork for the financing, “your corporation has no credit history” … the bank of choice was Scotia .. who happens to have all corporate & personal banking. Provided again more documents with no response. Call this morning and now told they sold the vehicle.. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE , dishonesty at its finest !
