Small parking. Paid $40 to park from 10am-6:30pm which is the 24hour rate ($25 for till 6pm and 15 6pm-6am. Never parking here again due to the unreasonable price.

Expensive as hell but it has active security and I 100% felt safe leaving my vehicle here while I was enjoying nearby attractions (rogers center, rec room, etc all nearby)

This is one star just so I can post. If I could I would give this company -5 stars. Years ago we took the kids to the delta for a fun weekend, and parked in the Impark lot. I won't go into details but they absolutely ripped us off - ignoring the fact that we were hotel guests and entitled to a special rate. THEN, for two years after that we received weekly calls from a collection agency threatening us. We never paid. And since then, I have never used an impark facility. I will pay double rather than give this company one cent.

Absolute worst prices and customer service for a parking garage in downtown Toronto.I paid $30 to park from 10:30AM-11:30AM (1 HOUR) on a Thursday morning last week! I emailed them immediately and have not heard back..According to their prices, I should be paying $5/ 20 mins (which is also quite steep).

It's a parking garage. The price is reasonable. They often have a lower rating because people only rate them to complain, but it's not bad compared to others i've been to

Parking stated Saturday Sunday 6pm to 6am 10$ flat. Went on Saturday at 8pm came out at 10pm. Got charged 30$. Called the customer service, he came and gave card and told he can’t do anything and if there’s a problem, talk to the management. Theres no point in arguing because they can’t fix this issue. This review wont change anything in the future. I just wanted to share my experience.

The parking prices indicated on the signs should just be ignored as they are never implemented. Seems I am always charged the special event fee flat rate" of $30 even when there are no events...even if you park for under an hour! Scam artists."

We paid $25 for a 20-min parking because there is an event" that we didn't know anything about... and there's nothing out front that says "There's an event today." We were there just to pick up someone from harbourfront so how would we know if there's an event? Unreasonable rates."

Easy access from Lakeshore, convenient location to Scotiabank Arena, and comes with convenient red/green lights to help you find parking. $40 bucks for 24 hours, so a decent price especially in such a prime location.

My go-to spot for weekends when taking the Toronto island ferry. 15 for the day and super nice facility.The paying machine ate, not kidding, literally ate my card when I inserted it to pay via chip, hehe. Got some help pretty quickly though.
