Did the order online, restaurant called to confirm but was pretty rude and confusing about an order. I canceled the order and went elsewhere. Quite a disappointing first time for me.

This location in particular has super friendly staff, always greeted as soon as I enter with a smile. I always pick up my food, and my pizza is ready on time, every time, and on occasion even early, which I appreciate. I like the pizza because it has a nice soft crust, and the smoky sauce on their Hawaiian pie is delicious.

Very rude people working here. They don’t even know the basics of customer service. I was standing in the queue for 10 mins and I didn’t even get so much as a glance, as if I didn’t even exist. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Instead of wasting your time with this terrible management, go to Marcos Famous Burgers next door—better food and customer service.

Delicisous pizza (I had the « true canadian ») and great service from Cam and Jaz!The place is very clean and there is a good light inside. We can catch wi-fi from places around but they don’t have their own.

These guys are the best! They always nail my unique requests, taste is always top notch, the in-store crew is incredibly friendly, but their delivery drivers are awesome too. A+!

Usually Panago is great, the food is excellent and the service is good. However, this location is different. At this location the lady at the front was rude and unapproachable. Plus they won't start an order unless they confirm with you over the phone if you actually meant to order something online. Kinda beats the purpose of ordering online doesn't it?Needless to say not ordering from here again.

Their gluten free pizza is pretty bad. Now to be fair thats probably not their fault as I'm sure they have to make the crust that way but still. Dominos has been the best gluten free place I've been to that isn't premium pizza like famousos. I'd say their just above pizza 73 but pizza 73s gluten free pizza is terrible so...
