She did such a good job on my nails. Best service and quality. She took her time and was very detailed , they looked perfect. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they still look great. Probably the best place I have been to since I started getting my nails done.

I am so happy with my nails, staff are very friendly. Although my schedule was at the end of the day and during busy time of the year, but the quality of their customer service was great. Sara did my nail, she was very caring and professional. I found Jane, also very caring and friendly. I was watching their Pedi service and looked like amazing, can´t wait to do it as well. I highly recommended this place and will go back to redo my nails.

Such an amazing experience ! Found this place on the internet, and had some time so I went in for a new full set of nails and a shellac pedicure. Mai did my pedicure, highly recommend! Bi did my nail set , so amazed ! Both were detailed orientated and super friendly ! Also the rest of the staff was amazing as well. Will be going back !!

I enjoyed getting my nails done by Lia. She took her time and did a great job. She was very nice. My shellac chipped after 12 days which is why it’s 4 stars instead of 5. I’ve had it last longer at other places. Overall, it was good and priced well so I’d come back.

The pedicure is the only thing I would recommend getting at this location. They use a wax on your feet which does feel quite nice, however moving forward I’m going to boycott this place as one of the workers (Nancy) is incredibly unprofessional and rude to the most loyal clients. Nancy decided to show her true colours in how emotionally unstable she can be. It was truly disappointing as my whole family used to go there. Because of Nancy, this small nail salon has now lost 3 loyal clients, if not more because I am happily sharing this experience with everyone I know in the area. It should be advised that Nancy needs to take a course in Customer Service before speaking to any further clients.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been coming here for years, have referred countless friends and family, and always had great nails. Until last week.I took my mom in for Mother’s Day and came out with the worst looking shellac manicure I’ve ever had (done by one of the owners). Uncut cuticles, see through polish, and she actually painted the top coat onto my fingers. I wish I took pictures, but instead went back less than a week later to give the ladies a chance to fix them (everyone has a bad day).I was met with hostility by the same owner, and she painted me a set of revenge nails! A shellac manicure almost as bad as the first one. She refused to file my nails or cut my cuticles, and slapped lumpy yellow Shellac onto my nails and cuticles, while I sat there at her mercy. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable and tried to be as kind as I could.I will not be returning and I will let everyone I referred know the current awful state of smile nails and their angry owner. Rather than pay to get these taken off, I’ll be keeping these to show off this “smiley” craftsmanship to everyone I know.

Be prepared to buy a MANDATORY ziplock bag of nail filers which costs $7 per person to even get nails done! Don't bother calling them because they're so unfriendly on the phone. This place used to be a family favourite but as you can see from reviews, they are losing lots of loyal customers due to their lack of professionalism and friendliness.

I went last time and did extension didn’t last more than 1 week (chipped 4 of them)paid services & tipped $20 for nail and $10 for pedi, and my pedicure wasn’t good (shape and polish) Girl was new I had to tell her to push polish back to cover my toe close to cuticle, I even sent them text that nails didn’t last, no one responded, they used to be good always but disappointed. Not going anymore!

Smile Nails was recommended to me by a few people so my sister and I tried it last week for the first time. It was fantastic. The ladies did a wonderful job with our pedicures. The location is great, the place is clean and bright. The massage chairs work and have lots of features. They have an unbelievable colour selection and the price is reasonable. We will go back again.

Some staff is very rude and unprofessional. For example , if you are late only 2-3 min, they call right away and openly show their displeasure that you did not show up sharply on time .I agree with one of previous comments : great job for pedicures but less so for manicure.Overall , not worth money and time .
