Amazing experience from start to finish. Went in for a quote, Todd and kaitlin were super nice and professional. Took my car in to have a large scratch fixed from a minor accident and car looks brand new. Again, very professional. I high commend!

Amazing work! We had our truck cap repaired and painted there and it looks brand new. Best of all, it was completed within a few days and didn't break the bank. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

On April 26, 2022, I attended at the Fix Auto Northumberland (Cobourg) location for an estimate regarding body work on my vehicle. I initially spoke with staff on the phone before going there and upon arriving met with a receptionist in person while waiting for the manager to address my issue. I then met with whom I believe was either the manger or owner of the business. I have to tell you, the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. The estimate was also honest and my problem was resolved promptly. Thank you Fix Auto Northumberland. You are “Top-Notch” in my opinion.

I had a fair amount of Passenger rear quarter damage on my Jeep. Fix Auto did a great job repairing the damage and the trim. Fix Auto was very professional and hit the date of completion right on the money. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.

From the moment you walk in I was pleasantly greated by the ladies working the front office. Todd was quick to come out and look at the vehicle prior to taking it in for repair. The work that was completed was excellent! You couldn't tell where the damage had been and my truck was returned in excellent condition. Would definitely recommend using Fix Auto Northumberland.

We took our truck here for a quote on some repairs in early December. We were satisfied with the quote and during the holidays we popped in and made an appointment for the repair for the New Year. It was agreed upon that they would need the vehicle for up to 5 days, a Monday to Friday.On the Monday morning of the appointment, my husband dropped of the truck, took the keys in and gave them to the employee and let her know the truck was outside. He was then kindly offered a ride which he refused. On Wednesday he received a call from Thomas Motors (where we have purchased our vehicles) asking him why his truck was parked at the Northumberland Collision Centre. Someone at the Collision centre noticed that a truck had been parked there for several days and no one seemed to know why. (Despite a quote, a walk in appointment made AND personally dropping the keys off the morning of the scheduled appointment) They tracked him down through the VIN number. My husband called Northumberland Collision Centre to see what was happening with the truck.Apparently there was an oversight on their end with their paperwork. The receptionist apologized to him and offered to reschedule. At this point we had already committed to several days without a vehicle and had made arrangements for the 5 days (this was day 3). He said if there was a way for them to have it done by Friday then we would leave it as is and come back Friday. Apparently this was not a priority for them as they were not willing to accommodate us for their mistake. No offer of any compensation or customer service here at Northumberland Collision. Overall, a very disappointing experience here at Northumberland Collision Centre.

Fix Auto took great care of my truck. Looks as good as new. Staff was pleasant to deal with. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely the best service from everyone at Fix Auto, Cobourg. Up-front pricing, and work finished on time. Car was cleaned after repairs. Highly recommended.

The bumper on my car needed to be painted and they did a good job of repainting it and they did it on time. However, when I picked my car up my phone charging cable was missing. When I called and asked for it back they didn’t call me back so I had to reach out again, just to be told they dont have it.

Great customer service, always a pleasure dealing with Kurtis and his team.
