This evening I went into the store and had an incredible experience with my sales associate Mousumi! She was very kind and polite and took the time to find the best phone and plan for me- She even found ways to save me a little money!Wonderful experience I will definitely returnThank you :)

Called ahead yesterday to see if they had any PS5’s. They said they had one available which was great. I had asked if it were possible for them to hold it for me for an hour and they said yes. I arrived 30 minutes later and was told to wait as the rep was grabbing it. 10 minutes later another rep whose name began with a P. Told me it had been sold and continue to tell me if an in person customer wants to purchase “held” items, they will sell them.Please don’t lie to customers and make them drive through snow storm traffic if you’re not going to physically hold items as promised. You flat out disrespected my time.You lost yourself a future customer.

Pankaj and JJ were most helpful in bundling our Internet/tv/Cel phone and landline. I was not planning on doing that today but I had just recently looked at my bills so I knew what our cost was and they showed me how to save a substantial amount of $$$ monthly.I hope the delivery of service is as good as the sale was.
