If you are fortunate enough to have Nick respond to a BoatUS call for help, rest assured that you will be very well taken care of. After a helpful friend accidentally topped off our diesel tank with fresh water right before we were about to set out on a much needed vacation cruise in our sailboat, we found ourselves at the end of a very long line of boats needing repair in Nanaimo Harbor following a big race weekend; we called BoatUS. Much to our relief, Nick said he could be there the next morning, and yes he was! He took excellent care of us, is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We remain so very grateful to Nick for literally saving our vacation and cannot speak highly enough of Nick's expertise, calm manner, and very high level of seamanship. After having my boat stolen and sold, I made one call to Eagle Eye Marine. Nick is the utmost professional and I really appreciated his no nonsense approach to the situation. I work away and was not able to make it to Salt Spring Island to deal with this.Within 24 hours Nick had located my boat, liaised with the RCMP to set up & carry out the recovery. All after a phone call! He secured and stored my boat until I was able to get off work & attend to it. I got my boat back with everything still on her!Nick and Céline have an amazing work ethic and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Nick really knows his stuff. He was super quick to get to our dead boat out at anchorage, fixed the issue within minutes and then proceeded to help diagnose the issue and hook us up with connections to get it fixed. He went way above and beyond and we are incredibly grateful. Would highly recommend!

Needed a tow in Ganges harbour due to a dead battery after stopping to admire the seals sunning on money-maker rock. Eagle Eye came out in no time at all, gave me a boost, and then escorted me back to my marina to make sure I did not have any trouble on the way home. Efficient, friendly and professional. And if you ever question why hourly rates seem high for marine towing services, I was told that their boats go through a set of engines every two years. They have a lot of overhead. When I needed to get my boat towed a friend recommended that I call Nick. He was quick to answer and after I explained my situation he was quick to respond. Not only did he arrive promptly, he got on his dive gear to better access my situation. He not only towed us, he also arranged to get our boat out of the water, after hours, at Vector Yacht Services. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him and his crew to take care of you and your boat in any emergency situation.
