Andrew and Leanne were an incredible team. they were able to find the vehicle we wanted and were very good at facilitating my needs from a remote location.when we were able to come to the dealership in person, Andrew had the van pulled up, fueled up, and ready for us to take for an independent inspection. he provided us with all the information that I wanted and was very easygoing through the whole process.Leanne was very friendly and helpful through the finance portion of the deal. she explained everything clearly and we left feeling confident about the purchase.it was a tricky process having to come in from out of town, but the communication that these two offered made for a very quick and easy experience when we finally arrived.

I will never bring my vehicle there again. Service department took the liberty to do more work on my vehicle then they were asked to and charged me for it. If it would be possible to give a half star that's what they would get.

I had a very good experience with this dealership from the day I stepped onto the lot, to signing the sales agreement with the finance manager.Hong, my sales person, was very personable and did his very best to negotiate my deal with his higher ups. He never made me feel pressured, and didn't treat me differently because I was a young female purchasing a vehicle on my own.Robin, the finance manager, was also very friendly and thorough, and made sure to get the best possible interest rate for me, even though it required a lot of back and forth. He explained and clarified my deal with me while maintaining patience, as I had a lot of questions.I am so appreciative for this positive experience, as I have been burnt by multiple dealerships in Medicine Hat (Kia, Volkswagen, Hyundai). Davis is different, go see them for a new or used vehicle!

Amazing service and people! My daughter was driving through Medicine Hat from Regina to Blairmore when she ran into an engine problem. They diagnosed the issue over the phone with me, told me to tell her to go in and they would look after her. Less than an hour she was back on the road!!! I'll be talking about you guys for a while. I'm so relieved - not much I can do when I'm in another province. Thanks for getting her back on the road!

Once again let down by this dealership. Their Sales Manager Dan is completely useless at his job. My Salesman Hal was good. Although I feel the truck I was dealing on was the right fit for our family there was a cash deal sitting on the desk to go through after ours. Deposit was made to hold the truck until we decided to buy or not under the terms with finance. We was quoted a term which doesn’t exist with a price we was comfortable with. The difference in payment was over $300 / month. If you deal with Davis save yourself a headache and go deal with Troy the other team sales manager. At least he might get something done for you. They were very quick to drop our deal and take the next one wasting our time and credit score. Definitely disappointed and will not ever deal with this dealership again.

Al is always an amazing help. Gives good advice and helps with part # when requested. Keith is also a huge helping hand.

I should have done more research on the Buick Envision. My opinion on the auto dim drivers outside mirror and rear view mirror are way to dark when driving on a busy road such as the Deerfoot in Calgary. The only time it was helpful was driving at dusk an after that became an issue again. This feature is more of a hazard than it is a plus.This alone would have been enough not to buy this vehicle but there is more. I’ve had more issues with detailing and the protection film that they had put on.
