The most amazing people I ever met at a Consulate of any other country. The Team in Toronto in charge of the Chilean Representation are capable, and their empathy with everybody's issues, problems, questions is the best I have seen and experienced. Marcos Correa Letelier is a superb leader here and has a Team that excels all the time.

This place needs more staff. It's basically one person behind the counter with 15+ people waiting in the room to be helped. I waited well over 2hours to finally be served and their were only 5 people in front of me. Please hire more staff to speed up the process.

If you need to renew your passport be prepared to wait a long time. Staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of people they need to serve. Understaffed and poor customer service skills.

Everyone is kind and understanding of the difficulties that a person who is far from her country may be experiencing, specially when having to do legal documentation from so far away. Specially Carmen Gloria Vega, who is a capable, professional, and a wonderful human being.

Pleasantly surprised with today's appointment at the consulate. Based on previous visits, my family and I were prepared to wait a long time.Pilar, the person at the desk, was not only very knowledgeable about the passport and ID card renewing process, she was also extremely efficient and polite the whole time we were there, always with a smile on her face. To top it all off, she gave a Chilean flag to each of our kids!Thank you, Pilar!
