We have used Aladdin Carpet One at least twice in our home. They are professional in assisting clients in picking out product. They listen and really try to understand what the client wants and needs. They stick to their time frame for getting product and installing. The installers worked quietly and diligently to complete the job with results that were completely satisfactory to us. I recommend Aladdin large and small installations of flooring.

We went to Aladdin Flooring in Penticton to start choosing flooring colors, we were greeted by the staff who introduced themselves, we felt welcome right away.Leigh listened to our criterion, helped pull planks to compare, explained the differences in each product. With his expertise we were able to choose the right flooring for us from the hundreds of choices available.Great store. Amazing service.

Leigh, his staff and installers were awesome to work with. We were looking for a product that he didn't have in stock and he was quickly able to source and receive it, providing an excellent price. We replaced flooring as a result of a flood, I would highly recommend Leigh and Aladdin Flooring in Penticton!

We had Aladdin Flooring install an Armstrong floor product about 9 years ago in our kitchen. Unfortunately, the vinyl tiles, which we loved, started to turn yellow close to our sliding glass doors, but otherwise was in great condition. We contacted Leigh at Aladdin Flooring who asked us to send pictures of the discolouration which we did. With the help of Leigh, Armstrong removed and replaced the complete flooring at their cost. I strongly recommend the services of Aladdin Flooring as they will do everything that they can to support their customers as did Armstrong flooring in our case.
