Security guard held me hostage and wouldn’t let me get to my car. Had to call the police so I could leave the building. Incompetent and didn’t understand the concept of Airbnb’s. Wasnt listening to anything I had to say until he had to speak to the police. Also caught him asleep at 4:00 am at the front desk. Great security. I hope you get fired because you do not deserve to have a job over someone who is actually competent

Awful management. Steer clear of this condo, whether as a renter or buyer. Rude, impersonable and crass. Not worth the headache. Needs new managements asap!

I have lived here from 2021-2022. I did this only because it's close to St. Michael's where I work. Little did I know that this is one of the worst places to live. They gave 3 elevators and almost always one of them will not work. As I'm writing this review, all three don't work, even the service elevator! We are stuck outside waiting. There is no communication, no email. You can't even take the stairs because the door to the floors are locked.
