Grace Gardens Funeral Chapel Ltd

Grace Garden staff presented themselves very professionally throughout two funerals within a month of each other over the winter. We met with personnel through the arrangement period , to the service at their chapel and with burials in quiet private settings. Everyone was courteous and caring. Post service, they assisted with contacting government benefits agencies, provided check off lists and assisted with other matters. All in all a positive experience despite the losses.

If you actually care about your loved ones stay away from grace gardens, they are only trying to fill their pockets and don’t care about you or your family. They are misinformed about funding, very unorganized when it comes to the service and do what they want and is easier for them not what the family wants. The amount of disrespect on a already sad day was a slap in the face. Truely disgusted.

Make sure you have good insurance using this place. Yes very helpful but definitely knew how to hit your wallet when you were at your lowest point.

Larissa, Christin, and the whole staff of Grace Gardens were angels sent from heaven. They made everything easy for our family during the difficult time of grieving our dad's sudden death. They were helpful since the day we called to inquire about their services. Larissa explained everything clearly and walked us through the process of the funeral service, cremation, etc.Our family will always be grateful for the excellent service from Grace Gardens. This funeral home took advantage of 3 young adults burying their father. They were very unorganized and the minister that they provided only talked about his family and past. On an already sad day, the two older adults got pushed to the side, and not even acknowledged. They don't take the time to get to know the family and only care about the money that they get. They misinformed our family about funding and waited until after the funeral to let us know. I have never been so embarrassed and wish we never dealt with this company.
