I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan when we touched base with him regarding a listing he had. Jonathan was so amazing and so quick to respond that we were able to set up a viewing that weekend.As beautiful as the house was it wasn't what we were looking for. The next house we seen advertised, I contacted Jonathan and within literally minutes he got back to me letting me know that it was still available and we could go see it. We fell in love with the house and all it had to offer. This was the first house my boyfriend and I have purchased together, and the first house I have ever purchased. Well, you hears stories of how stressful this process can be. I can tell you that was not the case at all and I put it all down to the professional, efficient and genuine care that Jonathan embodies. He is nothing short of amazing and I for one would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to purchase a home. He was right there at the end of a call or text within a very timely manor at all hours of the day and night and answered anything we asked, if he needed info from another source he would again reply very promptly. 2021 was filled with some amazing times however it was also filled with alot of heartache and Jonathan was there to assist through it all.In the beginning of 2021 Jonathan made our dreams come true by helping us sell our home in Fredericton and find our forever home in the country. During this process there were a few major obstacles which Jonathan pushed through with grace and ease. He even managed to find a land surveyor to come out on a Sunday to survey the land the week we were finalizing the sale of our home.Towards the end of the year my mom passed away and my brother and I needed to sell her home. Once again Jonathan rose to the occassion. He was patient with us as we went through this process, allowing us the time and space we needed to grieve while still staying connected and checking in.It doesn't matter the reason or the circumstance, Jonathan will go above and beyond to help in any way he can.
