New management and team here now. Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for fluid replacement and was impressed with their customer service.They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free.They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch.Recommend for car repair and will definitely be back.

First time in this auto shop! I go there for my car engine oil change. They were honest with me and their service was very professional and quick. The price is reasonable. My Ford Edge Sports had problem of brakes. Went to a shop in Surrey, one guy checked and said it would be a big issue. I was referred by a friend to A11 Auto, the technician check my car and fix the problem in about half hour. They charged me very fair price. The owner said they always provide free inspection and consultation for customer. I strongly recommend this shop. Highly experienced and honest people.

The transmission of my Dodge was failed and the car cannot move at all after the fluid changed at Mr Lube.Brought the car in and Hua figured out and fixed the problem with fair price.Hua and the technicians are professional and friendly,thanks you guys and I appreciate all the help.
