The technician came to our home and did nothing at all. He seemed like doing something but did nothing in reality. He just checked and priced everything so high. The findings that he found false. I provided the parts that I purchased for our dryer, he did not even mentioned about the real issue and directed me to the wrong direction. At the end of the day, he charged us the full estimation price.Answer to your comment: When he called, he did not ask me about my thoughts and how to solve this issue, he started blaming me and speaking loud to make his comments. I did not ask him to install any parts, I just showed him what I got. He could have said that this may fixed the problem due to broken wheel (I do not know what are those 4 wheels called) and it may fix your problem for this dryer. He could have show good intention to his costumer. Instead, he phoned parts store to find a drum wrapper which may cost around $700 plus labor $150 the total amount of $900. Thankfully, part was not available to purchase that we could have done if it was available. This is the part freaks me out about this that I went to Costco the next day, the brand new dryer was for $849.The second thing is that he spend 30 min on estimate and the rest of the time he wrote his invoices, phoning around the parts store, payments, etc. He could have told us exactly same thing without coming, spending time, and charging us that much. The thing is did we get our machines fixed? No. Do we know what exact problem is for washer? no (he provided options). I fixed the dryer my self and thanks to him not directing and telling me the easy and cheap way to fix it and I had to find out and fix it myself.Additionally, I made the all required payment on the same time when technician asked for it. I received a couple of email for different transaction indicating that my card has declined and they are asking to make a payment again for the service charge. I email them and informed them about the issue.

I contacted Roy near the end of the work day expecting to schedule an appointment for a future date. Roy offered to come assess the situation the same evening. He was able to identify the problem in a timely manner and order the required part. Roy is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services! Thank you Roy!!

Wow! Roy was able to diagnose and fix our dryer the same day I called. Great service, on time, friendly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and show me how to better maintain our dryer. Highly recommend!

Roy is very detail orientated, he doesn't rush and is very thorough. This is key for things to work properly.He clearly explained the issue (warn out bearings and had the parts on hand) and walked me through the repair as I was interested and wanted to clean up some pieces now that they were easily accessible. He told me the price up front and advised me how long these parts should last.Roy is a really pleasant individual and takes pride in his work which I feel is a dying trait.
