I got a haircut here and I'm not someone who gets haircuts very often so my hair was quite long. I didn't come with a picture or any real instructions, I just wanted it shorter and told her to do whatever she thought would look best, knowing that could go badly but hair grows back so whatever. Turns out, that's probably one of my favourite haircuts I've gotten, it looks good no matter what I do to it. I tie it up in a ponytail a lot for sports and it looks really cute like that but even just leaving it down, pretty much right out of bed in the morning it already looks fine. Will definitely come back for my next haircut!

First of all Helen doesn't have customer service. I went there yesterday showed her the picture the hair look I wanted. I asked her layers in my long hair. She didn't listen and chopped my hairs very short. Now my hair looks bazar. Never going back to her as well as I will not recommend her to anyone. She ruined my graduation because of this filthy haircut.

I love going to this shop for my hair cuts. She keeps her equipment sharp so your hairs don't get pulled and she has high attention to detail so there is less trimming of those hard to get hairs when you get home after. On top of all this her prices are very reasonable which is one of the reasons I went there in the first place. I like it so much I recommend it to my friends and family. My mother and sister recently came all the way from abbotsford just to get a hair cut from her and they were happy they came. They loved their hair cuts and said it was just as good as hair cuts they got for double the price elswhere.

Don't bother calling ahead for a reservation. You will still have to wait.The owner/operator always asked for instructions and always follows them perfectly.
